if only Sona hadnt burnt down, they could throw him in there....

I'm not sure whether Don will get killed or not, but now what's going to happen with what the Senator said about the file - do you think that Michael and Linc will want to keep it or destroy it? Either way, if any of what's left of the A-Team decide to kill Don he is still going to be a Federal agent (regardless what they do to the file), and there'll probably be some investigation.

The last thing the guys need is to be running from the law too now.

So I think that maybe if the file can be used for evidence they'll definitely want to hold onto it.

But maybe Gretchen, T-Bag, or the buyer (just like what happened to Jason Leif) will kill Don. The Company shouldn't kill Don unless it's by accident or if a Company guy should happen to kill him in Self-defence (

pun added for alternative outlook/perspective - to be taken in the same way as like 'missile-defence'), because ever since Don confronted the General, he and Wyatt have seemed to backoff just like Don wanted.
